Our prices have had to increase due to new council regulations. All our homes met the council certification up to Oct 2023. The council decided to add extra costs by imposing conditions that all modular and container homes now must have 1) Disabled Toilets and showers. 2) Personal Access Doors, 3) Wider sliding doors 4) Raised floor so a wheelchair can get in or out.
