20ft offices

Useful for compact site offices, home offices, studios, consulting spaces and temporary work areas.

40ft offices

Better when you need more work space, meeting area, storage, amenities or a larger studio layout.

Access matters

Delivery, crane access, foundations, services and site conditions should be checked before locking in a unit.

20ft or 40ft container office?

Container offices can suit site offices, home businesses, studios, salons, art rooms, yoga spaces, consulting rooms, temporary work areas and storage/office combinations. The right size depends on the use, access, fitout and available space on the property.

Start simple: decide what the office needs to do, how many people will use it, whether you need plumbing, and how the container can be delivered into position.

Photo and access checklist

Before asking for a container office price, take clear photos in daylight. Clean the camera lens first, then photograph the driveway, gate, turning area, proposed location, nearby services and any tight access points.

Crane access means there is enough room and load capacity for lifting equipment to safely place the container where it needs to go. If a crane cannot access the area, the delivery method or location may need to change.
