What is the First Home owners Grant?
The First Home Owner Grant (FHOG) scheme was introduced on 1 July 2000 in order to stimulate the housing industry. It is a government initiative to assist first home owners to acquire their new first home sooner.
Under the scheme, a one-off grant is payable to first home owners that satisfy all the eligibility criteria. You may be able to secure a grant for any of the following
- Granny Flats
- 1,2,3 or 4 bedroom shipping container homes.

You can get the grant for any of our homes both the 20ft and the 40 ft container homes
