We beleive we are the best priced granny flat supplier on the Gold Coast. We may be a bit biased.

Construction will be approximately 4-12 weeks for offices and homes from receipt of 50% deposit, balance of payment to be made before delivery. External circumstance may vary our time such as labour hire, supplies,rain or other, however it is our endeavour to complete the project as quickly as possible.

Delivery Installation craning  and council approvals are the responsibility of the purchaser
