Current listing reach: Granny Flats 4U classifieds are best suited to Queensland and Northern NSW, roughly from Cairns down to Coffs Harbour, including the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast. Listings work best where pickup, relocation, crane access or delivery can be organised.

Listings outside this area may still be considered if the item is highly relevant and transport can be arranged.

Clear photos make the listing easier to trust and easier to promote.

• Clean your phone or camera lens before taking photos.
• Take photos in daylight where possible.
• Clean and tidy the space before photographing it.
• Use landscape/wide photos rather than tight vertical screenshots.
• Include the front, side, rear and key internal areas.
• Show bathrooms, kitchens, furniture, decks, stairs, air conditioning, power points and plumbing if relevant.
• Include one photo that clearly shows the whole building.
• Photograph any visible defects or damage clearly.
• Avoid blurry photos, dark photos, screenshots and heavy filters.
